CANCELLATION POLICY

At Silk Touch Waxing Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes make it difficult for me to fill the space; and as a small business, every appointment truly matters. 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Cancellations Under 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a 25% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. Cancellations Under 1 Hour: If you cancel or reschedule less than 1 hour before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Running Late? If you’re 15+ minutes late, I may need to reschedule your service. If rescheduling is required, you will be charged the 50% for a cancellation under 1 hour.
